Problem Statement
The current accordion label “ZERO WASTE” may not be fully clear or persuasive to all visitors. While it appeals to eco-conscious users, some may not immediately understand that it refers to plastic-free, sustainable packaging. Lack of clarity may reduce engagement with this benefit and weaken its impact on conversions.
Objective
To test alternative wordings of the accordion label that make the eco-friendly / sustainable benefit clearer and more persuasive, thereby increasing engagement with this section and ultimately supporting higher conversions.
Hypothesis
If we optimize the accordion label wording to emphasize sustainability and eco-friendliness, then users will engage more with the accordion section and perceive higher brand trust, because clearer and more compelling language about eco-benefits resonates with conscious buyers.
